EMBO - SOUTH AFRICA

For a number of years now BCC has been supporting the work of Medic Assist International and Embo Community Church in KwaZulu Natal. Our support has contributed to helping the church provide significant improvements to healthcare for people in Embo. This includes a new health centre, providing over 3200 consultations per month; a new tuberculosis waiting area and consultation rooms; and supports the work of the community caregivers, who provide nursing home care and emotional support to people living with HIV and AIDs.

Be Free
Banbury Community Church support Elim Missions through the Be Free projects.
‘Have a Heart’ is a joint fundraising initiative of Elim Missions and Elim Aspire. We are partnering together to support the Be Free Campaign, which is the Elim Missions stand against human exploitation.
The number of people falling victim to human exploitation around the world continues to grow, and it is estimated that just under 50 million people are caught in what is often termed ‘modern day slavery.’ Estimates also show that women and girls are disproportionately affected, accounting for almost 71% of the overall total.
By giving a minimum of £1.00 per week you will have the opportunity to make a difference through our Be Free projects in Cambodia, India, and Pakistan.
